02 — THE PRODUCT
What it is.
PP woven fabric is produced by weaving flat polypropylene tapes on circular looms. The result is a strong, lightweight substrate used as the base material for all woven packaging — from plain industrial sacks to BOPP-laminated retail bags.
Lunora supplies fabric rolls to converters and printers who apply their own lamination, printing, or cutting downstream. Custom widths, custom GSM, plain or pre-laminated — quoted to your exact specification.
We do not add an intermediary margin. You are buying direct from the manufacturer, at plant pricing, with a lead time set by our loom schedule — not a trader's stock position.
The result: the right substrate for your downstream process, delivered from Saharanpur at a price that reflects what it actually costs to make.
